We do not use SMS for marketing, and we do not sell or share your phone number for advertising purposes. SMS message content may include limited study-related information and will only be used or disclosed as permitted by applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

Text messaging may not be fully encrypted. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we encourage participants not to include sensitive information in text replies. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by contacting SecondWave Systems.
